The 2012 Custom EVO Hardtail raffle is conducted by Operation Combat Bikesaver, Inc. organized under the laws of the state of Indiana licensed by the state of Indiana. Valid in the U.S. only. This raffle is not valid in AL, HI, KS, WA, or UT.
These rules govern the raffle and, by purchasing a raffle ticket, you agree to be bound by these rules:
The winner will be determined by random drawing. The drawing will take place on March 26th, 2023 OR when all tickets have been sold at 1670 E North St., Crown Point, IN 46307 at Operation Combat Bikesaver. Winner need not be present. Winner will be notified by telephone and/or e-mail if not present. Winner will assume and be responsible for all paperwork, shipping, and any associated fees or taxes. Operation Combat Bikesaver, Inc. specifically disclaims all expressed or implied warranties, including without limitation warranties of merchantability.
If winner is unable to be reached one week following the draw date, another winner will be selected. If Operation Combat Bikesaver has not received a sufficient amount of raffle tickets, Operation Combat Bikesaver may, at its sole and absolute discretion, cancel the raffle or decide to delay the raffle until a sufficient number of raffle tickets have been purchased. Raffle tickets are non-refundable. All proceeds going to non-profit charity. No cash prizes will be awarded.
