PROMOTION DESCRIPTION

Operation Combat Bikesaver’s “The OCB Challenge” (the “Challenge”) begins on or about January 31, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 13, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. ET (the “Challenge Period”). Registration for this Challenge ends November 1, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and Funds must be turned in no later than November 22, 2020.

A.     Chapters are encouraged to be as creative as they want with regard to their fundraising efforts, however, a few rules apply (for clarity and fairness):

1. Location of the fundraising must happen within the State you are participating. The Chapter hosting the fundraiser for OCB must turn in all proceeds of any such event or fundraiser to Operation Combat Bikesaver.
2. Fundraiser does not have to be held on one specific date alone. The fundraising may continue throughout the duration of the challenge time frame raising funds the entirety of the challenge.
3. All donations must be turned in on or before November 22, 2020 via certified, cashier’s check or a check from the post which must clear by November 22, 2020.  No cash will be accepted.

B.    The top 3 CVMA Chapters that submit the largest donations, will be announced on December 13, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time during Facebook Live.  Prizes will be awarded as follows:

**1ST PLACE:   Custom built AMERICAN MADE motorcycle themed to your Chapter and delivered by Jason Zaideman and his team. The motorcycle build will begin as soon as the challenge ends and will take approximately 30 to 90 days to complete and deliver. Please be patient, we are all volunteers here at OCB.

2ND PLACE:  Receives 50% of your Chapter's proceeds will go back to your chapter and a specialty handmade Veteran built award to hang on your wall.

3RD PLACE:   Receives 25% of your Chapter's proceeds will go back to your chapter and a specialty handmade Veteran built award to hang on your wall.

All other participating Chapters will receive a care package from OCB.

**In the unforeseen event that total proceeds raised overall does not cover the costs of building a custom American built motorcycle (ie: lack of participation in the OCB Challenge,) Operation Combat Bikesaver will work with the winning chapter on an appropriate custom prize.
